I love…WATER & SUNSHINE!

I grew up near the beach in Corpus Christi, Texas. My mom had me in the pool and the ocean at 6 months old which started my lifelong love of water sports. Being near water with the warm sun on my face is my peaceful happy place. Whether it’s the pier-to-pier swim in Manhattan Beach, California or scuba diving off the coast of Grand Cayman, I’m always in search of vitamin “sea”.

I love…MY FAMILY!

I married my love in 2000 and we started our family in Manhattan Beach, California where he was stationed in the Air Force. Our identical twin boys were born in 2003 and our daughter in 2006. Nothing has blessed me more than these 4 humans, not even our furry babies we’ve shared life with and we love them a lot!

I love…JESUS!

My faith is very important to me. Everything around me changes but I know God stays the same. He is my strength and my portion and through Him I live, move and breath! I keep going daily because I know I have been born with a purpose. I stay healthy so I can live the abundant life He has called me to live until the day he calls me home. He’s made each of us unique so pursuing a full understanding of who you are is important to health.

It’s one of my favorite things about the job. I truly enjoy making new friends. No one comes into my world by accident and everybody has a story. I get energy being around others and hearing what makes people tick. My heart comes fully alive when my passions and expertise can help others on their journey.

Living healthy and coaching others how to live healthy in a sustainable way is my life’s passion. My approach to health is simple…(1) eat well, (2) move often, (3) train your mind. But it needs to be personalized to your lifestyle. That’s where I come in! You don’t have to figure this out on your own. I’ve worked with people from all walks of life … moms, athletes, teachers, executives, business owners, retirees, teenagers, a former President of the United States and everyone in between. Living healthy is truly possible for everyone…let me make it true for you as well!
